You are valuable
I am always blown away by God’s creativity and the detail that goes into what He has crafted out of nothing. I’ve lived in big cities and suburbs my entire adult life. I was growing tired of that pace. I wanted to enjoy the life God has blessed me with, so I purchased a piece of land and moved my family on it.
Each morning when I step onto my country porch, I am amazed by the atmosphere I get to enjoy. The trees, the rolling hills, beautiful singing birds, the pond, my small cattle herd, and the open sky. With every day I am gifted, His creativity is taken in with so much gratitude.
I never understood why people called it God country until I became a resident. He has put so much care into the smallest things. Every day I experience what He values. God is truly phenomenal and loves it when we notice.
What do you value most? How do you care for it, and why? What would you trade for it?
When I notice the detail God has placed into the things He’s created it reveals more of who He is.
God is Excellent, He is The Innovator, He is Powerful. He has a sense of humor, God is Transcending, Mindful, Loving, He shares, He loves community in the animal kingdom, and with humankind. The list is infinite!
What we create and give attention to reveals who we are, and what we treasure most.
